Whether buying, selling, or in need of consultation, my clients are represented by an advocate. Communication is critical for the transaction to be successful, and negotiation is most effective when it is well organized and strategic.
As an advocate, the goal of my representation is to protect client investments and
leverage their position in the transaction for their benefit, in a fair, professional, and
legal manner.
Personal, custom service is also a major goal. Experience through six major market
cycles within the Central Texas region from Austin to Kerrville to San Antonio and 15
years as a certified and/or designated residential appraiser enables me to more
thoroughly analyze a property critically and professionally. Professional designations
such as the Accredited Buyer Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and
Certified Negotiating Expert are evidence of a pursuit of continuing education to
maintain skills in consulting, advising and representing clients.
Raised in Kerrville, a proud Tivy Antler, and a resident of Kerrville and Austin from
1962-2017, my wife Lori and I have lived in Georgetown, TX, just north of Austin about
30 miles since 2017, where I recently celebrated my 50th anniversary as a licensed real
estate agent in the state of Texas and almost 40 years as a member of the Austin Board
of Realtors!
Family, music, photography, country dancing, and live events are my passions and/or
