Basketball superstar Michael Jordan’s family home outside Chicago has entered the real estate market.
The Chicago Tribune reports that the property, in tony northern suburb Highland Park, is listed for $29 million, the highest price on a home listing in the metropolitan market.
Its 56,000 square feet of living space includes nine bedrooms, 15 full baths, four half-baths, and five fireplaces. The property also offers a three-bedroom guest house, an indoor-outdoor entertaining and pool area, an outdoor tennis court, a putting green, a deep water pond, and three climate-controlled garages that hold 15 cars.
An indoor basketball facility offers a regulation court with a number of amenities, including cushioned floors, adjustable backstops, and a sound system, the Chicago Tribune reports.
Property taxes on the home were $165,224 in 2010, according to public records.
The home has been listed by Baird & Warner Real Estate.
